( EXPLAINED ) Forge Counting Class Restriction as Properties

What the title says.

If I have boots with

2 AC
1 Regen
Dodge feat
1 Con

I can use those in the Forge.

If I have bracers with

2 Str
2 Con
2 Regen
2 Fort
Usable only by Barbarian
Usable only by Fighter
Usable only by Paladin
Usable only by Ranger

I cannot use those in the Forge.

I know.

And also actually counted on it in item creation procedures. So we fx have some items findable for free, KNOWING that they cannot be upgraded or only abit, so giving those for free is ballanced by the fact that they cannot be further upgraded...
