(CLOSED) Quest dialogue options missing

I am going to wager and say this will be related to the corn/druid issue but..

Had several quest givers only present one dialogue option when talking to them, generally it is in the final interaction phase where you either accept or decline the quest. It is only showing option number 1, by hitting 2 on the keyboard I was able to accept the quests.

Quest giver in the guild area that wants you to go down into the crypts.

Quest giver that wants you to venture down and face the tempest wererats.

Sorry I can't recall names at the moment.

We have had/have similar issues in the magical forge. The "cure" is to press escape in the dialog a couple of times. Then suddenly it fixes the dialog. I have no *BIIIP'ing* clue as to why this is nor how to fix it - Sorry .

As for the druid corn quest GOOD THINKING !

Didn't think about that myself but that might indeed be the case.

What I can and will do though is later today/evening or tomorrow i shall rebuild the module including all conversations to see if that cures it.

I do know of a conversation bug that causes missing dialogue options if the conversations are too big, over about 5 to 10 thousand words. Not sure about the quests, but I'm sure the forge conversation could be that big.

I doubt its that big but maybe. However the other dialogs are not big at all...

There can also be bugs with conditional scripts if other PCs are nearby. If options are missing, have other players move away, and try conversation again.

Never even heard of that. Was sure t was only the PC speaker and there could not be mistakes abut who that was....

I have seen it happen. Not sure how, but it does happen.
