So, the only actual completed quests in my journal (that are actual quests) are...

1. the initial Dire Rat
2. the flute
3. ring from Heroes' Rest
4. Boris the ratman

However, I do have these "blank" entries at times:

Presumably those are supposed to be actual quests completed but they're bugged at the moment.

Hmm, journal entries for quests were not intended to be active yet. Fix has been delivered
