So...uh...remember how I complained about getting hit with a paralysis bolt that had no save and dying when exploring at a lower level. NOT AGAIN. This time I tried going back with over a stack of Lesser Mind Blank potions.

So the things hit me with an anti-magic cone and I run like a little girl (because there's not even a save on the bolt).

Is the idea that you absolutely need immunity to paralysis on your gear or something?

That area is purposely designed as a Living hell on earth since it was designed to lead to a future highend epic questline. Its basically a royal pain and at one point some drops from there was needed for highend guild portals amongst other Things.
