Sigald Stormfist at The Heroes' Rest inn no longer gives out a teleportring. Instead he gives out a "Token of Teleport" and this small item needs not be quipped for use but can just be put in a hotbar.

How does this work for existing characters? He won't give the new token to me, even if I drop my ring.

There is a change sign in the OOC area for those who still have the old rings, merely click it...
