Hillshire wheel Oil

When I logged in, I checked out Hillshire again , and spoke to the cart NPC , she gave me the end of a convo about a quest, and the only convo options I had was "yes I have it right here", even though I did not have any such item.

I went to Tesj , and got one, came back, same convo, same dialog option, but it didn't take the oil, nor did it award ( Maybe cause Jess is so high level? )

In any case, I never got the first part of the fetch quest information. It skipped that went right to the end convo options.

Oki completely redone the scripting and its working now

And nope didn't know you could steal those darn horses but i will fix that soon enough ( mind immune FTW )
